STNAs provide essential, compassionate patient care and support to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help with mobility and transfers.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Aid with feeding, toileting, and other daily living activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in resident areas.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio STNA license or recent completion of a state-approved training program.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
- Basic knowledge of infection control and patient safety procedures.
